General Terms and Conditions<\/h1>

Entity:<\/b> Z\u00e1me\u010dek L\u00e1ny s.r.o. Registered Office:<\/b> Zrzav\u00e9ho 1705\/2a, \u0158epy, 163 00 Prague ID No.:<\/b> 09322329 Legal Form:<\/b> Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Accommodation Provider”)<\/p>

1. Introductory Provisions<\/h3>

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Accommodation Provider and a third party (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) during the reservation and use of accommodation and related services at the Accommodation Provider’s premises, arranged via the zameceklany.cz website. In matters not regulated by these GTC, relations are governed by the applicable legal order of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89\/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.<\/p>

2. Subject of the Contract and Services Provided<\/h3>

The subject of the contract is the obligation of the Accommodation Provider to provide the Client with accommodation for the agreed period and the obligation of the Client to pay the Accommodation Provider the agreed price for the accommodation and related services.<\/p>

3. Conclusion of the Contract (Accommodation Reservation)<\/h3>

The Client makes an accommodation reservation primarily through the reservation system on the website, or by e-mail. The contractual relationship between the Accommodation Provider and the Client is established at the moment the reservation is confirmed by the Accommodation Provider and the deposit or the full amount for the accommodation is paid (depending on the chosen payment method). <\/p>

4. Accommodation Price and Payment Terms<\/h3>

The price for accommodation is stated in the current price list on the website or in the reservation confirmation. The price is final and includes all fees. Payment can be made by: <\/p>

  • Online payment card via a secure payment gateway.<\/p><\/li>

  • Wire transfer to the Accommodation Provider’s bank account. A tax document (invoice) for the services provided is issued to the Client after receipt of payment or at the end of the stay and is sent electronically. <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    5. Cancellation Policy and Reservation Cancellation<\/h3>

    In accordance with Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code, the Client (consumer) does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days<\/b> without giving a reason, as this is a contract for accommodation provided on a specific date. The Client has the right to cancel the reservation under the following conditions: <\/p>

    • Cancellation of reservation more than 7<\/b> days before arrival: no cancellation fee (the deposit will be refunded in full).<\/p><\/li>

    • Cancellation of reservation less than 1<\/b> day before arrival or no-show: the cancellation fee is 50%<\/b> of the total price of the accommodation. If the payment was made via a payment gateway, any refundable amount will be returned to the card or account from which it was paid without undue delay. <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      6. Rights and Obligations of the Contracting Parties<\/h3>

      Upon arrival for accommodation, the Client is obliged to present a valid identity document (ID card, passport) and to observe the accommodation rules of the facility. The Accommodation Provider reserves the right to terminate the Client’s stay prematurely and without compensation if the Client grossly violates the accommodation rules or good morals. <\/p>

      7. Complaints Regarding Services<\/h3>

      The Client has the right to complain about any deficiencies in the services provided. The Client is obliged to make a complaint without undue delay, ideally immediately on-site during the stay, so that a remedy can be arranged. A complaint can also be made in writing to the Accommodation Provider’s contact e-mail. <\/p>

      8. Personal Data Protection<\/h3>

      The Accommodation Provider processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations (in particular the GDPR) for the purpose of processing the reservation and fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., maintaining an accommodation register). Details are provided in a separate document “Privacy Policy (GDPR)” available on the website. <\/p>

      9. Final Provisions<\/h3>

      These GTC are valid and effective from 01. 07. 2026. The Accommodation Provider is entitled to change the GTC; the new version becomes effective upon publication on the website and applies to reservations made after this date. Any disputes arising from the accommodation contract will be resolved primarily by agreement, or by the substantively and locally competent courts of the Czech Republic.
